Liza loves Sam I Am, the Sneetches and the Zaxs so much that we often role play them! Last night, I was a Sneetch (Liza assigns all the roles) with a star on my belly and Liza was the man that said "pay me some money" so I could go through his machine and get my star removed. I think Liza is a little too fascinated with money lately. Recently, she asked her Daddy why he went to work. He told her he went to work so he could buy her "things." Liza thought that was reasonable and later on asked him if he could hurry up and go to work to make some money to buy some new toys! Guess he should have explained that the "things" include a roof over her head, electricity and the clothes on her back.
After we played the Sneetches, we acted out Green Eggs and Ham and decided to have green eggs and ham for dinner. Liza and I went to the grocery and she told everyone she saw we were having green eggs and ham. When we got home she had fun "turning the eggs green" and loved stirring them up however she wasn't so big on eating them!
This was supposed to be the oh I love green eggs shot -- she doesn't and she wasn't much for pretending!
I asked her to smile pretty for the camera -- instead she's "haming" it up!
An attempt at a posed smile...at least you can see her green eggs, ham, apples and blackberries!
